Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices, specifications and timelines are confirmed at the time of order and may vary with material availability and regulatory requirements.
Installation & services
Solar installations, commissioning and maintenance services are performed as per the agreed scope, applicable standards and manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms for equipment are those of the respective manufacturers.
Import & export supply
Import and export supply is governed by the individual sales contract for each order, including agreed specifications, incoterms, payment terms and dispute resolution.
